It has been a rough year and obviously whether a deal is cut today or not, there are some significant issues that must be dealt with in the coming year.   Surely we can agree that some things are more important than others.  I deliberately did not list the “Economy” because it is tied into the other things—as we deal with them then we are dealing with the economy.  But there are things in the economy that trump others.  What do you think should be the #1 and #2 priorities for the New Year?
