There is much discourse about why Mitt Romney lost this Presidential race so decisively. Some say it is all about the changing demographics in this country. Some say it is all about those who need something from the government. Some say a storm halted Mitt Romney’s momentum. I am of the belief that this loss is truly all about a group of people who thought they could buy and steal our votes and our rights...and they were wrong.
True to form, Americans of all races, economic status, cultures, ages and sexes, said, “Whoa...We will not have that!
Mitt Romney and company thought they could take falsehoods and use their money to flood our media. They thought they could look the other way when voting rights were being violated across this country. They thought they could threaten the civil rights of minorities and women without paying a price. They thought they could make a frontal assault on American workers and not be held accountable.
They forgot it was not just minorities, women and poor folk who fought and won these battles but people from all walks of life. And voters all across this country from every walk of life said “Whoa…We will not have that!
