The jobs report is not what I had hoped for, but it is moving in the right direction. At least we are not losing thousands of jobs per month--we've been there and done that. Perhaps, with the re-election of President Obama and the election of some forward-thinking Congress members, we will get this thing moving along. Who knows...once some of those big businesses realize we're not buying the hype and they must make their profits through doing business rather than through tax cuts, then they will get back to the business of doing just that...and hiring to boot. That is the true essence of trickle-down economics--when businesses are doing what they need to do to make money--and not by tax cuts--then they do all they can to do so. That usually equates to jobs.
